IMA 2012: 9th IMA International Conference on Mathematics in Signal
Signal processing constitutes an important area for the application of mathematical concepts and techniques fuelled, for example, by developments in mobile communications, multimedia systems and digital TV.
The aim of the conference is to bring together mathematicians, statisticians and engineers with a view to exploring recent developments and identifying fruitful avenues for further research. It is hoped that the meeting will help to attract more mathematicians into this important and challenging field.
