Dear Colleagues,
Pancreatic cancer is a highly aggressive and challenging disease with limited treatment options. It is often diagnosed at advanced stages when a surgical intervention is no longer feasible, and the prognosis remains poor. However, significant progress has been made in recent years in drug therapy for pancreatic cancer.
This Special Issue explores the advancements and emerging strategies in drug therapy that offer hope for improved outcomes in pancreatic cancer patients.
