Dear Colleagues,
Prenatal and early-life exposure to pesticides are important risk factors that may affect children’s health. However, current studies about the associations between prenatal and early-life pesticide exposure and children’s growth, developments, and health conditions are controversial. Moreover, little research has investigated the long-term effects of pesticide exposure as well as the health effects of mixed pesticide exposure among children. Therefore, we propose this Special Issue to achieve an in-depth understanding of the impact on Children’s Health from Pesticide. This issue will highlight cutting-edge empirical studies that focusing on the consequences of pesticide exposure on children’s health, including physical growth, neurodevelopment, behavioral issues, mental health, etc. Studies on mixed pesticide exposure, long-term health effects, as well as critical windows of susceptibility are especially encouraged. In this Special Issue, we welcome original research articles, literature and systematic reviews, and meta-analysis articles.
