The epimeric sesquiterpene alcohols (14R)-β-oplopenol and (14S)-β-oplopenolwere obtained by LiAlH4 reduction of β-oplopenone. The complete 1H- and 13C-NMRassignments of these two new sesquiterpene alcohols have been made using 1D and 2DNMR techniques, including COSY, NOESY, HSQC, HMBC experiments. View Full-Text
