What are the benefits of open access for books?
Publishing your book in open access (OA) form means high availability, accessibility and visibility as well as wide sharing—and, therefore, increased citations—without limitations. Your publication can be read and downloaded by anyone with an internet connection.
Academic books are expensive. With OA no paywall hinders readers from accessing your research and insights. OA opens up academia, research, and knowledge while breaking down hierarchies associated with gaining knowledge.
