In recent years, numerous advances have been made in the area of conservation methodologies and practices for architectural cultural heritage. The use of innovative technologies and multidisciplinary approaches can be considered valuable tools to support the conservation, fruition, rehabilitation, and valorization of historical–artistic buildings, which are usually subject to protective restrictions and therefore require non-invasive or micro-destructive diagnostic analyses.

This reprint collects research articles on architectural heritage conservation, focusing on materials science, diagnostics and monitoring, chemical analysis, intervention, civil and materials engineering, green materials, and the use of innovative digital technologies.
