Summary

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to present a series of 14 articles published in the Special Issue of Animals entitled “Feed Additives in Pig Nutrition: Second Edition”. The aim of this Special Issue was to present nutritional strategies that can reduce the impact of intensive pig production on climate change, the natural environment, as well as on the pigs themselves. You will find here nine original research articles and five review papers related to this topic. The authors demonstrate how the use of various nutritional strategies such as feed additives, including probiotics, bioactive substances, minerals, vitamins, or sweeteners, can effectively reduce the negative impact of pig production.
