A section of Sensors (ISSN 1424-8220).

Section Information

Biosensors are defined as analytical devices which convert a biological response into an electrical optical signal. The Biosensors Section of Sensors deals with all the aspects on in situ biochemical detection in many fields: Biomedical research, medical diagnostic, food quality and safety, agroprocess industries, environment, security and defense, etc. The biosensing devices include, but are not limited to: DNA chips; lab-on-a-chip technology; microfluidic devices; and nanobiosensors and nanotechnology used in biosensors. Design, implementation of new biosensing devices, and the underlying science are highly recommended for publication in the Biosensors Section of Sensors.
