1st German-Austrian Conference on Crystal Growth
The conference will represent a wide variety of topics connected with crystal growth and epitaxy and aims to facilitate the cooperation between Austrian and German researchers as well as between academia and industry. The topics of the conference:

- Compound semiconductor materials
- Oxides
- Intermetallics
- Novel materials
- Nanostructures
- Thin films
- Numerical simulation and in-situ observation
- Advanced characterization
The program will include invited and contributed oral and poster presentations, an industrial exhibition, and an open forum discussion allowing a fruitful exchange between industrial and scientific participants. The working language of the conference will be English.
Before GACCG / DKT2018, on February 13, 2018 there will be the 7th jDGKK seminar organized by the young crystal growers of the “junge DGKK”. All young scientists and students from Austria and Germany working in fields related to crystal growth are cordially invited.
