Abstract: Two new dibenzocyclooctene lignans, neglschisandrins A-B (1-2), were isolatedfrom the stems of Schisandra neglecta. Their structures and stereochemistries wereelucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 1D- and 2D-NMR and HR-ESI-MStechniques.
