Adam Staron, MD, PhD, consultant cardiologist, is currently working as a Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation in Prince Sultan Cardiac Center, Riyadh. Dr Staron established Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit in December 2017 and implemented in 2018 the first exercise training program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the past Dr Staron served as a Head of Cardiac Rehabilitation Department in Katowice, Poland, implementing as the first in Poland and one of the first in Europe yoga and tai-ji into cardiac rehabilitation. Dr Staron has been awarded European Society of Cardiology training grant in 2008, and he was co-founder  of the International Summit on Imaging and Interventions in Cardiology (ISIIC) conference in 2011.
