Yves Zinngrebe

Biography

Dr. Yves Zinngrebe investigates land-use governance systems and incentive systems for sustainability transformation at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ) in Leipzig. He holds a PhD in Agricultural Science (University of Göttingen), an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation (London School of Economics) and a Dipl. Ing. in Biotechnology (TU Berlin). In his work on the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), he has examined the impact of payment mechanisms on farmers' land-use decisions, the policy coherence of incentive systems and underlying policymaking processes.
