Philippe Lebailly

Philippe Lebailly is a full professor and has been the Head of the Department of Economics and Rural Development at Gembloux Agricultural University (ULg—GxABT) in Belgium since 1992. His academic career combines important research and project experience, especially in rural development. Several studies have been conducted by him in EU member states as well as in developing countries (mainly African and SE Asian countries). Since the beginning of 1990, he has taken part in various studies and evaluations in relation to rural development projects and food security.
