Dimas Laksmana
Biography
Dimas D. Laksmana is a doctoral student at the “chair of Comparative Development and Cultural Studies with a focus on Southeast Asia” at the University of Passau, Germany. As a member of the IndORGANIC research project, his research lies at the intersection between institutions, science and policy. Trained in sociology and environmental science and policy, he has conducted empirical research on the social memory and imaginations of urban gardeners in Cuba and institutions, and the social and cultural dimensions of organic agriculture in Indonesia.
