Lonneke Roza

Lonneke Roza, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and specialises in (employee engagement in) impact-first and impact-only strategies to create positive social change, including corporate citizenship, philanthropy and social responsibility. Lonneke teaches courses and conducts training for master’s students, MBA students and professionals on social entrepreneurship, (employee engagement in) corporate social responsibility and cross-sector partnerships. As well as her position at the university, Lonneke is a consultant for companies, corporate foundations and charitable organisations. She works with (international) platforms such as the European Venture Philanthropy Association and the RW Institute and serves on boards of several corporate foundations.
