Summary

Cancer is a multifactorial and very complex disease representing the second leading cause of death worldwide. Prevention, early diagnosis and the old and new arsenal of chemotherapics are useful tools in the fight against this disease. This Special Issue collects the last researches and literature reviews in the field of Medicinal Chemistry and Cancer Research, with particular regard to the metal complexes and drug repurposing and with a glance at the drug formulation and biological targets discovered through the combined use of in silico and in vitro studies.
