Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This paper deals with the doping of graphene with nitrogen controlled at an atomic level. The paper is well written and the results well discussed. Furthermore, the scientific content of the paper is of quality enough to be published. For these reason I consider the paper suitable for its publication in its present form.

Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript provides an in-depth review of the specific doping with Nitrogen of Graphene membranes. The review is complete and the reference to theoretical and experimental literature is comprehensive and correct. I have found no significant issue in the manuscript and I would suggest to publish the manuscript as it is on Nanomaterials.
