Author Response

Thank you very much for the positive review of our study.

We have revised according to all your comments and made grammar revision using grammarly.com and also carefully revised the details of the text again. Few places we have changed sentences for increased consistency. See the track changes in line 23, 315, 336, 355 and 375.

In line 279 we have included a definition of culture.

We have noticed that some text parts are in font size 8 and others are in size 10, but we have not changed this and leave it to the editorial office.

Reviewer 2 Report

This is an interesting paper on an issue that occurs worldwide where women are not in theor native country and give birth.

There are some wording changes required:

Line 219: Should be 1990s (not 1990'es)

Line 339: Sentence commencing "Some...." has poor wording

Line 340: Sentence commencing "However...." is not clear and could be re-worded)

Line 344: The word women's' should be women's

Line 344: I think the word "overseen" is meant to be "overlooked"

Line 350: The opening sentence is way too long. There should be a stop after interpreter services. The next sentence should commence "Care provision...."
