Fumika Mi-ichi and Hiroki Yoshida has made a collection of their scientific production on the field of sulfur metabolism in amoeba and they writing this article, it has completed and include all the topics of their articles, completed with additional knowledge.
I only recommend change the word "ectopic" in in section 1.2 by other more adequate for describe the position of the liver in relation to the intestine and to the blood flow in which the amoeba is distributed to other organs from the intestine

Comment. I only recommend change the word “ectopic” in section 1.2 by other more adequate for describe the position of the liver in relation to the intestine and to the blood flow in which the amoeba is distributed to other organs from the intestine.
Our response. In accordance with Reviewer 1’s comment, we have changed the sentence in which the word “ectopic” is included in the revised version (Page 2 of the tracked copy).

Honestly, I've not suggestions because I see a very understanding and well written manuscript.
The only question I have is regarding a possible comparison, at biochemical and genetic levels, of E. hystolitica parasite with E. dispar not pathogenic species, is feasible? this aspect should be discussed in the manuscript.
