Welcome to Arts, a New Open Access, Multidisciplinary and Comprehensive Online Journal

Abstract: Arts is the latest open access journal from MDPI and the first scholarly journal to house all the arts—decorative, fine, performing—under one roof. It is a journal without temporal or geographical boundaries that encourages innovative contributions to research that are succinct or lengthy, theoretical or historical, interdisciplinary or narrowly-focused. Individual articles on a broad range of topics will provide a stimulating forum for cross-disciplinary fertilization; special issues edited by leading scholars will provide deeper and more comprehensive insight into particular facets of the arts that are pertinent and timely.
