The manuscript „Identifying agri-foods' internal and external stakeholder mediating effects for the adoption of circular economy principles and their impacts on economic and environmental performance” deals with theoretical and practical implications of circular economy practices, which promote economic performance and environmental efficiency in agribusiness enterprises, and will be interesting for Sustainability’ readers, policymakers and trendsetters after revision.

The title: Identifying agri-foods' internal and external stakeholder mediating effects for the adoption of circular economy principles and their impacts on economic and environmental performance – is quite long, please change it to a shorter form;

The aims: clear and have been done in the presented research; some research hypotheses were put forward.

The structure of the manuscript is perfect, and the text “reads” very well.
