Thank you very much for the kind words about our research work and you valuable suggestion of a "literature review" section within the introfuction section. Indeed we have separated such section within the introduction in the revised version of our manuscript submitted now

Dear editor,
The paper is interesting and deals with a very current topic, that is greek traditional foods in the scenario of the post-covid food system. Although it needs a moderate revision of the English to increase its readability, the paper is quite satisfying. However, there are some issues that I have specified in the PDF document attached to the review that needs more explanation and comments.
