The same method of synthesis and x-ray crystallography studies of the title compound have already been published in Z. Kristallogr. NCS 229 (2014) 145-146 / DOI 10.1515/ncrs-2014-0081. That is way the material presented by the authors cannot be published in Molbank as new material.

The authors report preparation and characterization of a new heterocyclic compound containing pyridine, thiazole and pyrazole rings. The target compound 1 was synthesized in good yield by reaction of a hydrazine with a diketone. This reaction has a potential for synthesis of pyrazole derivatives with various substituents. The product was ambiguously identified by 1H and 13C NMR as well as X-ray diffraction study. This referee accepts the publication in this journal after some revisions as listed below.

In general information, a supplier of 1-(thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine should be given. In section 3.2, the signal at 6.08 ppm in the 1H NMR spectrum is lacking.

The synthesis of 1-(thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine has been give in the revised manuscript in general information. The signal at 6.08 ppm in the 1H NMR spectrum has been added in section 3.2.
