In early 2023, MDPI proudly established a robust Global HR Committee, comprising nine dynamic project teams. These teams, dedicated to key aspects such as Recruitment & Employer Branding, Senior Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Development, Benefits, Corporate Culture, Regulations & Workflow, Employee Relations, HR Learning, and HRMS, form the backbone of our commitment to excellence in People & Culture initiatives.

At its core, the HR Committee is designed to break down silos and promote collaboration within our HR department. This strategic initiative aims to ensure a harmonized approach to HR practices and policies across MDPI's global offices, fostering consistency and coordination.
