Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsThis manuscript discusses biological evaluations and DFT calculations of three known alkaloids and beta-sitosterol isolated from the stem bark of Enantia chlorantha Oliv, a folk medicinal plant.
The results are likely to be of interest to readers.
After reading the manuscript, the following concern arose:
1. Figure 1: It would be helpful to include the compound's name. The structure of compound 4 should be confirmed; a methyl group is missing.
In my evaluation, this manuscript requires only minor revisions before being ready for publication.

1. Fig. 6 (about IC50 values) Why so many figures after decimal point? This is not necessary and not correct.
2. Same for Fig. 7 and Fig. 8
3. Docking figures and results need explanation.
4.The significance of the molecular descriptors has to be ranked.
