Chromatography

Chromatographic techniques are by far one of the most powerful and versatile techniques available to analytical chemists. Developed chromatographic methods enable separation, identification, and quantification of chemical substances in complex mixtures. Chromatography can separate and detect an extensive array of substances, ranging from ions to compounds, small molecules to biomolecules, nonpolar to polar molecules, and non-volatile to volatile substances.
