Best Paper Award
The Plasma Best Paper Award is presented annually to highlight publications of high quality, scientific significance, and extensive influence. Members of the evaluation committee select three articles of exceptional quality published in the journal during the previous year, with the winners announced online by the end of June.
The Prize:
Three research articles or reviews will be selected.
– 1st place: The winner will receive CHF 500, a certificate, and a voucher to waive the Article Processing Charges (APCs) for one submission in the journal (subject to peer review)—valid for one year
– 2nd place: The winner will receive a certificate and a voucher to waive the Article Processing Charges (APCs) for one submission in the journal (subject to peer review)—valid for one year
– 3rd place: The winner will receive a certificate
Eligibility and Requirements
– All papers published in Plasma are eligible (both regular and Special Issue submissions).
Selection Criteria
– Scientific merit and broad impact;
– Originality of the research objectives and/or the ideas presented;
– Creativity of the study design or uniqueness of the approaches and concepts;
– Clarity of presentation;
– Citations and downloads.
