Dear Colleagues,
Diet and nutrition are important factors in cancer prevention and treatment, as an unbalanced diet can increase the risk of cancer onset, and malnutrition negatively impacts the efficacy of cancer treatment. Recent epidemiologic research has identified lifestyle and genetic factors associated with cancer prevention, while the identification of novel molecular agents has drastically changed treatment strategies. As a result of improved outcomes for cancer patients, increased focus has been placed on how to manage cancer survivors, including the roles of diet and nutrition.
The aim of this Special Issue of Nutrients is to present the latest research on the roles of diet and nutrition in cancer prevention, cancer treatment, and cancer survivorship.

Manuscript Submission Information

All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Nutrients is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
