Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The development of porous material science is changing with each passing day, and its application in the modern chemical industry is becoming more and more extensive. Adsorption and diffusion are important in many fields, such as porous material characterization, adsorption separation process design, and catalysis (especially catalytic kinetics) research. For a long time, people have been interested in the study of adsorption and diffusion on porous materials. The enrichment and development of theory, the update of experimental technology and the progress of practical industrial application make the research in this field more prosperous.

This Special Issue of Nanomaterials aims to introduce the mechanism of adsorption and diffusion in nanoporous materials and the current research progress. In this Special Issue, we cordially invite authors to contribute original research work, expounding a scientifically impartial view of the latest technology in the subject, including the application of nanoporous materials in industrial gas adsorption and separation, and the research on the adsorption mechanisms, and kinetics of nanoporous materials on the surface, etc.

Nanomaterials is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
