29 November–2 December 2011 8th AFMC International Medicinal Chemistry Symposium "Frontier of Medicinal Science"

On behalf of the organizing committee of AIMECS 11, it is a great pleasure and honor for us to cordially invite you to submit a paper(s) to the symposium. AIMECS 11 will be organized jointly by the Asian Federation for Medicinal Chemistry (AFMC) and the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan (PSJ) in collaboration with the Medicinal Chemistry Division of the American Chemical Society (ACSMedChem) and the European Federation for Medicinal Chemistry (EFMC).

The scope of medicinal chemistry has undergone noteworthy scientifically intriguing expansion to the many fields of science. "Drug Discovery and Development" are extremely important and challenging themes, and their solution will bring tremendous practical benefits to humanity. As such, emphasis of this symposium is focused on the “Frontier of Medicinal Science” including Drug Discovery Chemistry, Regenerative Medicine, Innate Immunity, Frontier Methods for Drug Discovery, and so on. AIMECS 11 has been planned to include 6 plenary lectures by globally distinguished scientists and 21 sessions by invited speakers and contributing speakers including the ACS-MedChem session (Diabetes/Obesity) and EFMC Session (Oncology). This attractive program is planned based on the presentations of the plenary lecturers and invited speakers as well as contributed papers from all over the world. Participants also wishing to make a presentation on the results of their recent research are invited to submit an abstract for oral and/or poster presentations in English no later than 31 May, 2011 via online. Both industrial and academic scientists will be quite welcome to present papers and discuss the topics.
