Dielectric properties depend on the particle size, especially at the nanometer size range. A decrease in particle size leads to changes in the dielectric properties due to an increase in the interface polarization contribution and the depolarization effect, a decrease in the density of point and line structural defects, and the evolution of special particle shapes. The effect of the particles’ size in the nanometer scale on their dielectric properties is the subject of interest in this Special Issue. The dielectric materials include linear and nonlinear dielectrics made of ceramics, polymers or composite materials. All dielectric properties are of interest, including dielectric capacitance, resonance, ferroelectric, piezoelectric, and pyroelectric phenomena. The dependence of the dielectric properties on various parameters, such as applied electric field magnitude and frequency, temperature, mechanical pressure, and environmental conditions are of high interest in this issue. The major goal of this issue is to expand the current knowledge and understanding of the correlation between particle size and dielectric properties based on recent new results.
