Feature papers represent the most advanced research with significant potential for high impact in the field. Feature papers are submitted upon individual invitation or recommendation by the scientific editors and must receive positive feedback from the reviewers.
Editor’s Choice articles are based on recommendations by the scientific editors of MDPI journals from around the world. Editors select a small number of articles recently published in the journal that they believe will be particularly interesting to readers, or important in the respective research area. The aim is to provide a snapshot of some of the most exciting work published in the various research areas of the journal.

In this webinar, the Editor-in-Chief of Logistics (ISSN: 2305-6290), Prof. Dr. Rob Handfield, will interview two academic luminaries in the field, who are on the cutting edge of what is happening in the new world. Prof. Dr. Jay Golden, Pontarelli Professor of Environmental Sustainability and Finance, and Director of the Dynamic Sustainability Lab at Syracuse University, will provide insights into the big trends and movements in the ESG world and how this will impact logistics, agriculture, and sustainable production in the next decade. Prof. Dr. Theodore P. (Ted) Stank is the Harry J. and Vivienne R. Bruce Chair of Excellence in Business in the Department of Supply Chain Management and the Faculty Director of the Global Supply Chain Institute at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Prof. Dr. Stank will share insights on the digitization of logistics, how AI and robotics will dynamically change the logistics and warehouse environment, and current trends in transportation automation.
