This Special Issue is dedicated to studying evolution and learning dynamics in strategic interactions. Specifically, the Special Issue deal with setups in which agents are involved in strategic interactions, and they use plausible heuristics and/or methods to learn about the environment and/or about the behavior of others, and this information affect their behavior (as well as setups in which learning-like behavior is induced by natural selection). We encourage both theoretical contributions, as well as applied or experimental contributions that deal with wither economic applications (broadly defined) or biological applications. We are particularly interested in contributions applying plausible non-payoff-monotone learning dynamics (such as those induced by small samples, or by multi-dimensional learning).
Authors are invited to submit papers that have been rejected elsewhere alongside all reviews from prior submissions, details regarding changes in response to comments from prior submissions, and a declaration of honor that the provided reviews are authentic and complete. We welcome authors to submit their manuscripts for this Special Issue of Games.
For manuscripts submitted to this Special Issue, the corresponding author should declare (signed and dated) the following information in a cover letter.
The submitted reports (if attached to the submission) are complete and verbatim, and no report was suppressed;
The paper is no longer submitted to or under review at any other journal.

Manuscript Submission Information
Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. A guide for authors and other relevant information for submission of manuscripts is available on the Instructions for Authors page. Games is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
Please visit the Instructions for Authors page before submitting a manuscript. The Article Processing Charge (APC) for publication in this open access journal is 1400 CHF (Swiss Francs). Submitted papers should be well formatted and use good English. Authors may use MDPI's English editing service prior to publication or during author revisions.
