Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The future of computers and communication doubtlessly deals with mobile devices. Their operating systems, dimensions, and computational capacity push them to flawlessly operate from any location with Internet connectivity. Moreover, with the expansion of the Internet of things (IoT) and the evolution of strengthened machines, every piece of hardware improved with these software-based capacities matures as a mobile computing device. Due to the large-scale deployment of wireless Internet access, mobile devices have evolved to be more inexpensive and movable, and, consequently, they are becoming more vulnerable to attacks and data breaches.

This Special Issue intends to solicit high-quality papers detailing mobile Internet security. These papers should converge on resolving open problems and challenges typical of mobile Internet security, introducing and combining innovative methods efficiently, and presenting the evaluation of performance with existing approaches. Both theoretical and experimental studies are approved. Furthermore, high-quality review papers are also welcomed.
