Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The 4th International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Environmental Development (SEED) invites scientists, professional engineers, social workers, policymakers, and other stakeholders from all over the world to participate in this event, giving them the opportunity to present and publish their work, discuss and exchange ideas and knowledge, and network for future collaborations. The conference will be held in Krakow, Poland, from 13 to 15 October 2021.

The scope of the conference will cover the area of sustainable energy and environmental development, including topics such as nonrenewable and renewable energy sources, technologies and systems, energy efficiency, energy storage, green energy and economy, environmental protection in energy management systems, power-to-gas and power-to-liquid technologies, alternative fuels, and others. Submissions are invited on the basis of accepted conference papers that will be presented at the Conference. The Scientific Committee will select the papers for this Special Issue which will fall within the scope of the journal Entropy.

Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Entropy is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
