Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

There are many methods to obtain electronics. The collaborative conference on Taiwan vacuum society (TVS) 2020 annual meeting aims to enable vacuum technological developments in the applications of electronic material growth and to further extend the electronic material applications.

This Special Issue, “Electronic Materials Grown by Vacuum Technologies and Related Applications: Selected Papers from TVS 2020 Annual Meeting”, is a collection of the accepted papers presented during the TVS 2020 annual meeting. The selected papers will include electronic materials preparation by vacuum technologies, characterization, properties, and the applications of any devices.

For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. A guide for authors and other relevant information for submission of manuscripts is available on the Instructions for Authors page. Electronics is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.

Please visit the Instructions for Authors page before submitting a manuscript. The Article Processing Charge (APC) for publication in this open access journal is 1500 CHF (Swiss Francs).
