Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The frontiers of science and engineering are continuously expanding to new and unexpected knowledge and applications that aim to improve society wellbeing and quality of life, solving the main problems humanity is facing today. In this endeavor, robotics and artificial intelligence and their applications in industry, health, and finance, among others, play an important role for attaining humanity goals.

The International Conference on Control, Automation, and Robotics (ICCAR 2021) aims to be the space for presenting the most recent and groundbreaking contributions, applications, and research work in these dynamic and challenging fields. ICCAR 2021 provides also the framework for discussing and analyzing the technological and scientific trends in robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence that are shaping the world’s future.

This Special Issue presents a selection of the best papers presented at ICCAR 2021. The papers were selected according to the creativity, innovativeness, rigor, impact, and relevance of their contributions.

We hope this Special Issue will increase and strengthen the interest and the spirit for developing new scientific and technological knowledge and applications every time.
