Recruiting Reviewer Board Members for Chemosensors

Chemosensors is recruiting Reviewer Board members with expertise in chemical sensing and related analytical methods. The aims and scope are detailed below.

Chemical sensing theory and mechanisms and detection principles, including but not limited to:

  • Electrochemical devices and sensors
  • Optical chemical sensors
  • Mass-sensitive sensors
  • Field-effect transistor sensors
  • Catalytic sensors
  • Acoustic and thermal sensors

Development, fabrication technology, including but not limited to:

  • Materials for chemical sensing
  • Nano- and microtechnologies
  • Chemical assays and validation

The use of the analytical method and applications in food, environmental monitoring, medicine, pharmacy, industry, agriculture, etc., including but not limited to:

  • Analytical apparatus
  • Spectroscopy
  • Biochemical analysis
  • Imaging
  • Bioanalytical chemistry
  • Quantitative analysis

Classic chemical sensing topics, including but not limited to:

  • Gas sensors, electronic noses, and electronic tongues
  • pH sensors, humidity sensors
  • Microfluidic devices, lab-on-a-chip, single molecule sensing, nanosensors, medical analyzers, enzymes sensors
  • Drug and medico-diagnostic testing

The main responsibilities of Reviewer Board members are to evaluate the quality of manuscripts and to provide timely high-quality review reports. As a reviewer for Chemosensors you:

1) Receive a discount voucher code entitling you to a reduction in the article processing charge (APC) for your submission to MDPI.

2) Receive a personalized reviewer certificate.

3) Are included in the journal’s annual acknowledgment of reviewers.

4) Are considered for the journal’s outstanding reviewer award.

5) Can build your profile on Publons and have your reviewing activity automatically added for participating journals.
