Biology Young Investigator Award—Winners Announced


We are pleased to announce the winners of the Biology Young Investigator Award, established to acknowledge the achievements of young investigators in the field of all aspects of biology research.

After a rigorous evaluation process, two winners have been selected.

Please join us in congratulating the following winners:

  • Yiwen Wang, Tianjin University, China;
  • Trinh Phan-Canh, Medical University of Vienna – Max Perutz Labs Vienna, Austria.

Prize:

  • CHF 1000;
  • An electronic certificate;
  • A voucher to waive the Article Processing Charges (APCs) for one submission in the journal (subject to peer review)—valid for one year.

With so many high-quality applicants, the evaluation process and reaching a final decision were challenging. We would like to thank all the nominators for their participation and the Award Committee Members for their careful evaluation of the many outstanding nominees.
