Mihailov Maria-Delia earned, from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Timisoara, Romania, and a PhD Medicine (2004). I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pediatrics, Victor Babes University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Timisoara. I am working as a senior with a degree in Pediatrics, specialized in Anesthesia and Intensive Care, at the PICU- Louis Turcanu Emergency Children Hospital, Timisoara. My work in the field of Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Hematology, Hemostaseology, and Health Economics has resulted in numerous publications, presentations, lectures, and courses; memberships: Romanian Pediatric Association, Romanian Association of Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine, Romanian Hemophilia Association. Awards:
- Third Prize at the National Conference of
Pediatrics with the theme "Emergencies in Pediatrics", organized by
the College of Physicians Brasov through the Professional Scientific
Department, the Romanian Society of Pediatrics, and the University of Transilvania Brasov-Faculty of Medicine. 2-4 November 2006. Brasov for the
poster ”Difficulties and errors of diagnosis in a case with respiratory
symptoms”.
- First prize: "Heroes in Haemophilia"
Award. Baxter-sponsored pan-European meeting for medical professionals held
in Budapest in June 2009, entitled "Moving Forward in Haemophilia -
Meeting the Growing Needs of our Patients".
