Yu-Feng Chung received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Green Energy and Information Technology at National Taitung University and leads the Green IoT Lab. His research expertise is diverse, encompassing non-intrusive load monitoring (NILM), small hydropower potential evaluation using GIS and hydrological modeling, and the development of adaptive digital learning platforms. Additionally, Dr. Chung has conducted extensive research in biomedical systems, with a particular focus on the quantification of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) pulse diagnosis, including the standardization of pulse-taking methods and the development of multi-position pulse sensing instrumentation.
