Mr. Shenggen Zhang received an M.E. degree in Vehicle Engineering from Chongqing Jiaotong University in 2017 and a B.E. degree in Thermal and Power Engineering from the Hubei University of Automotive Technology in 2014. Since 2026, he has been working as a member of the management team and an engineer at the Intelligent Connected Vehicle Inspection Center (Hunan) of CAERI Co., Ltd, Changsha, China. His research focuses on intelligent connected vehicle testing.

Prof. Jingang Liu received a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2008. He serves as a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor and currently holds the positions of Party Committee Member and Vice President at Xiangtan University. His research focuses on the theory and control of automotive automatic transmissions, as well as the integration of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Mr. Shuai Cao received a B.E. degree in Vehicle Engineering from Northeast Forestry University, Harbin, China. He is currently an engineer with the Intelligent Connected Vehicle Inspection Center (Hunan) of CAERI Co., Ltd, Changsha, China. His research interests include intelligent control and SOTIF of intelligent and connected vehicles, test scenario generation, and validation for hazardous situations and complex environmental conditions.
Mr. Hao Zhou received an M.E. degree from the Central South University of Forestry and Technology in 2023.
