Curriculum Giulio Cantù MD Giulio Cantù, MD, graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan. He is a specialist in General Surgery, Otolaryngology, Maxillofacial Surgery and Oncology. He has been in service, always full time, at the Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori in Milan, Italy, since 1971. He started as an assistant, then deputy director and then director of the Head and Neck Surgery Department. He has performed thousands of head and neck tumor resections and repairs with pedicled and microvascular flaps. He has performed approximately 500 craniofacial resections for paranasal sinus tumors extending to the anterior and/or middle cranial fossa. He is now retired.
