Mark Korang Yeboah is a cotutelle PhD candidate in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering at the University of Duisburg–Essen, Germany, and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. He holds an MPhil in Bioengineering from KNUST, an MSc in Information Technology from the University of the People, and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from KNUST. His research focuses on consolidated bioprocessing, bioprocess modelling, digital twins, soft sensors, observability and identifiability analysis, state estimation, machine learning, and model-based optimization for biochemical and chemical processes. He has experience in hybrid modelling, fermentation-centred process analysis, data-driven optimization, technical documentation, and scientific communication. His current work applies computational modelling, uncertainty analysis, and intelligent sensing methods to improve monitoring, parameter learning, and decision support in bioethanol and co-product production systems.
