Mr. John O. Estillore is an Instructor at the College of Industrial Technology and Teacher Education, Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus (CSUCC), Philippines. He completed his Bachelor in Industrial Arts Education (BIAE) and Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) studies and is a graduate of Master of Arts in Education with a major in Educational Management at Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus. He has actively participated in various research and development initiatives related to industrial technology and education. His recent research engagements focus on developmental, experimental, and social research that addresses practical issues in electricity, industrial technology, and educational innovation. He contributes to academic and research activities through teaching, mentoring, and research collaboration. His teaching disciplines include industrial technology, electrical technology, technical education, and research methods. His research interests include electricity, industrial technology development, educational management, research and development, instructional innovation, and community-based technological solutions.
