Dr. Din Bandhu is an accomplished academic and researcher, currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Galgotias University, India. Recognized for his significant scientific contributions, he has been listed among the World's Top 2% of Scientists by Elsevier/Stanford in 2025. His research expertise spans advanced welding techniques, WAAM, optimization, and materials characterization, leading to the publication of over 100 research papers, two books, and a patent. Notably, he is also the lead author of a highly-cited article on theories of motivation in Acta Psychologica. With a Ph.D. from IITRAM, Ahmedabad, Dr. Bandhu brings over 11 years of extensive academic and administrative experience from prestigious institutions, including IIITDM Kurnool and Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Bengaluru Campus.
