Oleksandr Grudanov received his M.Sc. degree in Microelectronic Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine in 2007 and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Kyiv Aviation Institute, focusing on low-power SRAM/RFSRAM memory compiler architectures. He has over 20 years of experience in microelectronics and EDA. He began his career at Genesys Ltd in 2004 and later held engineering and management positions at POLYTEDA, becoming CEO in 2015. He also led POLYTEDA CLOUD, the first Ukrainian recipient of the Horizon 2020 SME Phase 2 grant. Since POLYTEDA’s acquisition by Silvaco in 2021, he has held senior leadership roles in advanced R&D of Silvaco, and since 2026, he has been the director of custom design solutions. His research interests include EDA, physical verification, memory compilers, low-power IC design, and semiconductor design enablement.
Dr. Mykola (Nikolay) Grudanov received his M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine in 1974 and his Ph.D. in Microelectronics in 1981, with a focus on MOS transistor modeling. He is currently a Senior Staff Engineer at Silvaco and has more than 50 years of experience in microelectronics. He previously worked at the Kyiv R&D Institute of Microdevices, where he held senior scientific and management positions, and contributed to the design of more than 40 integrated circuits, including DRAM, SRAM, non-volatile memory, and microcontrollers. He is the founder and CEO of Genesys Ltd. and has led the development of memory compilers, programmable microcontrollers, and high-temperature electronics. His research interests include MOS device modeling, memory design, parasitic extraction, SPICE modeling, and physical verification technologies.
Prof. Volodymyr M. Shutko is a Professor and Head of Department at the Kyiv Aviation Institute. He graduated with honors from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1993, specializing in Radioelectronic Systems and Devices. He received his Ph.D. in 1998 and Doctor of Sciences degree in 2006 in Information Technologies, with research focused on spline-based methods for signal detection and processing. He was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in 2005 and Professor in 2012. His research interests include mathematical methods for digital signal and image processing, spline-Fourier techniques, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence applications, electronic system design, and automated control systems.
