Dr., Prof. Dina Satybaldina (Senior Member, IEEE) received a B.S. degree in physics and computer science from the Pedagogical Institute, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan, in 1993; a Ph.D. degree (candidate of physical and mathematical sciences) in Solid State Physics from Buketov Karaganda State University, Karaganda, Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2000; and a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2011. She is currently the Head of the Institute of Information Security and Cryptology and a Professor with the Information Security Department, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan. She is the author of three textbooks, more than 120 articles, and 17 inventions. Her research interests include cryptography, error correction coding, malware analysis, and machine learning.
