Weixian Zhang is currently a Ph.D. at the China University of Petroleum (Beijing). He received his B.S. degree in software engineering from Beihang University in 2019. His current research interests focus on the application of explainable machine learning in geophysical logging and the characterization of deep coal-bearing reservoirs. He has participated in several research projects funded by SINOPEC and has published several papers in related fields.
