Dr. Lei Yan received his B.E. degree from the North China Electric Power University, Baoding, China, in 2012, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL, USA, in 2017 and 2021, respectively. He is currently a tenure-track Associate Professor in the College of Electrical Engineering at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. His research interests include the economic and secure operation of electric power systems.
